I love your story - your journey speaks to a lifetime of commitment to learning, both for yourself and for those around you. I appreciate your sharing that learning here through your post regarding this month's Question :-) And, if I may say so, what a great group of personal heroes you have!

My Story:: I have been in education since my daughter began school, in 1985. At first, I was a parent volunteer, then president elect of our PTA, then a substitute teacher, teacher, University adjunct faculty, and other msc. positions around education and system reform.

My Ideal School is a Place Where:: There is a culture of respect among everyone; students, teachers, staff, parents, business partners, and other community members. Learning is exciting, hands-on and challenging.
